We will refund any products, less the shipping costs, within 90 days of the shipping date if you are not completely satisfied. Please call 1-866-451-5600 Toll-Free or e-mail returns@preschoolprepco.com to notify us that you will be returning the product. If returning items, make sure to include your name, address and telephone number so we can quickly track and process your return. Personalized products cannot be returned.
